We printed some cheats for this printed a couple of months back, and damn good they were too. However, here's something extra we've found allowing access to all levels. Just type in these names while on the 'sign in' screen:
Jeff	Access advanced levels 
AaronFoo	Access expert levels 
Megasaxon	Access all levels and AI editor
